Sugar Development Activities

This plant is situated in the hilly and undeveloped area and area of operation covers five tahasils i.e. Mulshi, Maval, Khed, Haveli and Shirur. Even at the time of beginning of this plant we had only 52771 M.T. of our own sugar cane and to brought 2,25,050 M.T. from outside area. Now we are self sufficient and our own 5,00,000 M.T. of sugarcane during current season 2023-24.

Our factory has implemented following cane development activities i.e.

⦁ Supply of Breeder, foundation and certified seeds to farmers.
⦁ Supply of foundation and certified seedlings in cost and credit basis.
⦁ To increase area under drip our factory gives per hector Rs.12,500/- subsidy to farmer.
⦁ Supply of agriculture inputs such as Bio-fertilizer insecticide, fosticide, Micro-Nutrients on credit or cash basis.
⦁ To increase organic carbon of soil, we supply sunhemp dhaincha as well as bio-compost in concessional rate.
⦁ Analysis of soil sample free of cost.
⦁ Training to farmers at different research institute.
⦁ We organize farmers meeting at village level for guidance.
